As our products are digital downloads, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund request.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU consumer protection laws, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. However, this right does not apply to digital content once it has been accessed or downloaded. By purchasing a digital product from Eid Stories, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a 14-day cancellation period.

Refunds

If a refund is granted under exceptional circumstances, we will process it within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.
